Easy Oat Protein Bites

Look no further because our Easy Oat Protein Bites, packed with hearty ingredients and 3.5 grams of protein, are sure to keep you energized throughout the day. Ingredients: 1 tbsp of water 1 tbsp of ground flax seeds 3 tbsp of maple syrup 3 tbsp of almond butter 1 cup of oats 2 squares of dark chocolate (optional) Steps: 1. Preheat your oven to 350ºF. 2. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper and spread out the oats on the pan. Bake your oats for 3-5 minutes, or until lightly toasted. 3. While your oats are in the oven, in a small bowl, combine the ground flax seeds and water, and let sit for 5 minutes. 4. After five minutes, combine the maple syrup, almond butter, oats, and flax mixture in a medium bowl. Stir until well combined. 5.
